I write in this fashion because I appreciated you every step of the way, and want to express my thanks for what you did for me. The sellers needed to be contacted to notify them of some repair work identified in the final walk through. It was also necessary to locate and notify the person who be representing the sellers of a change in the date of settlement. Karen performed admirably. Working under very tight time deadlines she located the sellers in Asia, obtained their agreement to the necessary repairs and notified their representative of the changed settlement date.
