Education
- B S Engineering, United States Naval Academy.
Military Experience
- Naval Aviator assigned to aircraft carrier and
training squadrons.
Business Experience
- 46 years, High Technology Electronics (Integrated Circuit
manufacture), including 12 years as corporate Vice President of Quality
and Reliability Engineering. Major customers included Motorola,
Lucent, IBM, Cisco and Hewlett Packard.
- 2 years, Vice President of Quality, country’s largest collector of
Public Records. Supplier to three major credit agencies (Equifax,
etc.). Responsible for quality of record collection and database
integrity for Tax Liens, Civil Judgments and Foreclosures.
Real Estate Experience
- Bought, sold and managed residential and rental property in
California, Oklahoma and North Carolina.
- 4 years’ experience on HOA board of directors for large complex of 63
condominiums and 24 townhouses in Menlo Park, CA. As Treasurer tasks
included fiduciary responsibility for large replacement and repair
reserve funds. Most recent board experience was for a complex of 40
townhomes in North Carolina.
